Miss Penelope is back. I’m extremely lucky to have a mother who will happily (and for free) take care of Penelope while I’m traveling. My parents live about two hours away and have a giant yard where Miss P (Pee Pants, Princess P, Monks, Buns, Corgi) likes to chase deer and bark at everything. She never wants to leave her vacation home and my mom is less willing to give her back each time. My travel season has just wrapped up so the corgi is home again. She’s all cuddles and happy howls and is kind enough to always keep my feet warm. It is clear that Andy is her favorite, but when he’s not there, I promise she likes me just fine.
