Perhaps you’ve heard this before, but weddings are a lot of work. We’re only about 3 months into our engagement and I’m pretty sure we’re already behind on planning. We’ve set a date, booked our ceremony and reception location (The Barn at Fallingwater!), and I’ve been pinning things on Pinterest. I’ve also made a SketchUp plan of the reception space and completed a preliminary table layout, because that’s the kind of crazy I’m into. However, the businesses of choosing a caterer, or even deciding on a food concept, is looming over me and for now, I’m just pretending that no one will need to eat.
